I need some serious help

I need some help here.  I just played a ranked game where someone verbally attacked me without me saying anything to them.  They solo dropped and landed on an entire team and died within seconds.  They proceeded to call me the n word and tell me to kill myself over and over.  The harassment I just took from this person really messed me up, I was having such a good time until they put all this hate on me for no reason.  It’s a video game and there is no place for actions like this or anytime for that matter.  I reported them in game but I know that nothing happens 99% of the time with reports.  Their player tag on PlayStation is [Edit-name removed. Please don't call out individuals here].  I have a picture on my phone of their player card but it won’t let me upload.  I’m going to start recording the harassment I take on this game because it’s unreal.  Please do something about this terrible person.  I was treated the worst I’ve ever been treated just now on your video game and I just turned it off because it made me feel horrible.

    1) You can't say their name on the fourms, as it's "naming and shaming".

    2) You have to go to help.ea for that, which honestly doesn't feel like they do much, but that's where you go.

    3) The game been getting really toxic lately, and there's a heavy increase of cheaters and smurphs. So, honestly, I would just mute teammates at the start of the match.

    @BoostedBungHole Sorry to hear about this, I know its not ok to be toxic and all but dude you sound so soft and sensitive but I will assume you are still young. Better mute everybody from start of the match or don't play competitive online games at all cuz the whole internet is filled with "200% behind the monitor confident kids" who don't care about anyone's feelings. It's in every game no matter the platform, from my own experience I been competitive since cs source from 2008 and I can tell you not a single thing changed ever. Internet will always be toxic and you either learn to live with it or just stop playing multiplayer games.

    @BoostedBungHole sad but true the community is very toxic theese days!

    Just mute and report everyone at the first sight of verbal abuse.

    Ppl like this get enjoyment out of seeing other ppl suffer just mute them right away and they will automatically think about their own actions and start regretting them because deep inside they know they are wrong.

    Or just ask them "why you have to be mad its only a game?" over and over again^^

    Works like a charm lmao
