I solo queue Silver and non-stop get Platinum and Diamond lobbies
As title says. I've been queuing as Silver in Season 17, but non-stop get 3-stack plat and diamond players. How is this even happening? Are they all smurf cheating?

Its normal for solo Silver players to get current Diamonds in their lobbies??? Hello? That should be IMPOSSIBLE.
@Oppos21 No it isn’t because the pool of diamonds etc is still to small to get a decent queue time, so the lobby’s get filled up with lower ranked people
So you're saying that I'm the ONLY Silver player that they could find so I keep getting Platinum and Diamond lobbies where I'm the ONLY Silver in it.... like, they can't even find Golds?!
- @Oppos21 No I am saying that it’s for most people the same, I am in gold right now and my lobbies are also stacked with diamonds and master players, it’s just what it is for now.
You can wait till the dust settles and more people did climb or you will have to accept that you get filled into higher lobbies if needed@matzesingt You're telling me that the game couldn't find any GOLD players in queue to fill into the Diamond lobby that they had to pick ME, a SILVER. And not just one time... but EVERY SINGLE GAME I PLAY??

Yep the matchmaking is broken, has been broken, and will not be fixed. Been that way since season 13. Got worse as the seasons went by. Players have left feedback on this for sometime now. Took me too long to walk away from this game. I guess it was the lack of options out there. My last Apex experience happened the other day. I had a predator in my placement match. My friend said, “look up,” and I saw a fiery red trail glowing above us. I ended up being a Rookie 1 and my friend Rookie 3. No doubt it was a predator. The player made quick work of me. This game is dumpsville!
It’s because of the dumb new skill category you get put into. You’ve probably been put into a higher skill “bucket” than your rank says so you get put in diamond lobbies and that’s just gonna be the ranked experience from now on.
I’ve been playing in diamond since I was in silver and I started 5 days ago…
