I solo queue Silver and non-stop get Platinum and Diamond lobbies

As title says. I've been queuing as Silver in Season 17, but non-stop get 3-stack plat and diamond players. How is this even happening? Are they all smurf cheating?

Don't worry just wait until you go from silver to gold then you can play all the Predators and Masters I'm sure your gonna love that new "fix" to ranked HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!
