If people can kill me with 2-4 shots . Why can’t I do the same ??

Seriously I hate the fact that I put in so much work on people and they just kill me with out a try 

1) When looting, prioritise bigger magazines.

2) Hit your target.

3) Hit your target's head.

With specific regard to the Peacekeeper; be wary of enemies close up who have one.

Especially if they have a choke (you'll hear it charging/charged up), as it drastically reduces the spread making maximum damage hits (110 body/165 head) more likely.

As to how to improve your aim:

- Record yourself playing.

- Watch back your recordings, to see how well you actually aim.

- Compare your aim to other players, such as streamers.

- Practice!

On the flip-side, learn to make yourself harder to hit.

- Don't stand in the open

- Don't stand in predictable places

- Don't stand still

- Don't move predictably

- (almost) always make sure you have the high ground.

- Jump!

- Crouch!

- Jump and crouch!

- Don't let your enemy anticipate your next move, anticipate theirs instead.

- Head-on 'fair' fights are for chumps; you want to be attacking from where they're not expecting you.

Getting the drop on an enemy is how you kill them before they kill you. It also minimises your damage taken, so you're more prepared for the inevitable 3rd parties.

- Don't sit cowering around corners.

Due to the way Apex Legend's net code works, the person walking around the corner into your field of view has ~500ms to attack you before you're able to react. Instead, always stay moving, ideally being the aggressor.

Other things that significantly help:

Get a high refresh rate monitor (144hz, 1ms response time).

Make sure your pc is fast enough (or detail settings low enough) to hit 100+ fps when it matters.

Beyond the things that directly help you to personally deal more damage:

- Analyse each time your squad is wiped, and think about what went wrong. What decision(s) leading up to your defeat was/were a mistake(s)?

- Communicate with your team mates (both verbally, and with pings)

- Make sure you have team mates who communicate with you.

Having (and being a) good team mates who call out the locations of enemies is critical to situational awareness, and help avoid those bad decisions that lead you to a defeat.

Likewise, having a cohesive team who are communicating. and positioning themselves to support you and distract enemies, makes the shooting aspect many times easier.

e.g. It's easy to kill someone before they kill you, if they're unaware of you, and are instead chasing your team mate.

There are certainly players out there who rely upon their godly aim and insane reaction times as a crutch to do well, but they're a minuscule minority.

There are far more players who have only good aim, and instead compete with smart play & strong team play.

Just to add onto the "Don't move predictably" portion, this applies both while moving from cover to cover, while fighting the enemy, and while looting. I like to visualize erratic movement as a heart rate monitor. The pulse is steady, spikes, drops, spikes, etc. etc. etc, and you're going to want to move in a similar fashion.

Cover to cover at close to medium ranges, you're going to want to prioritize getting into whatever cover you're gunning for rather than trying to dodge bullets. At close to medium ranges vs. R99s, Alternators, or R301s, the bullet travel time is significant enough that the enemy won't have to compensate for distance too much. At longer ranges, say vs. teams with sniper rifles, moving erratically helps you to avoid getting hit. Not running in a straight line, jumping, sliding, stopping entirely, and even going backwards helps you to avoid those long distance shots, and keep you moving to a better position.

While fighting the enemy at close to medium ranges, I like to visualize a sort of V pattern, in which I move my character model in accordance to the V. The two flat tops of the V, is me standing straight up, and the dip at the bottom is me crouching. Due to the muzzle flash on most weapons, sometimes players can't see you crouch until a few moments after they stop getting damage numbers depending on their reaction time and applied optic. But don't just crouch downwards, strafe left to right, jump up, slide to the left or to the right of the target, keep things moving. Also, don't get caught up on patterns either, keep your movement fresh per target, don't just spam the same, "I'm standing, now I'm crouching, now I'm standing." pattern over and over, because people learn and you will get shot.

Lastly, while looting, don't stand still. Seen way, way, way too many teammates stand still and get downed from long range. Typically, strafing from side to side is all you'll need to do in order to not become an easy target, but keep your ears open for footsteps, gunshots, or anything that will kill you.

I do agree somewhat, but certainly disagree with your post's title! How can you improve or kill people as fast as they kill you if you don't play? 🤨

So... You seriously hate the fact that you get killed by people better than you? Maybe change the title accordingly then?

[Removed by CM] If you "dump" entire mag into people and you also claim that you hit every/most of the shots, then what is the dmg indicator showing on your screen ? Put it into stacking and you see exactly how much dmg you did during that spray. If that number > his armor and hp, you will kill him, and if its <, he live, its simple as that.

So if you want any credibility, and not come off as a low skill noob who is just generally mad that you lose most fights, at least post a video of what you mean.

I agree, except it's not really feasible to post videos in here, they have to be so short it's basically pointless.
