Hello good afternoon sir, im sempakbernyawa ive play apex since season 1, and ive bought many apex crate today ive bought 500 pack again so i can get wraith heirloom, but i didnt get it. What i get is bloodhound heirloom instead of wraith which I have bloodhound heirloom and lifeline since it on the store so i got double bloodhound heirloom and double gibraltar skin, u guys say that we will get at least 1 heirloom in 500 pack, but i didnt get it. Please solve this cause i have spend so much money for this

First off, thanks for pinging this our way! We passed this along to those in charge of the website so they can fully review the description of heirlooms. In regards to your request, our Live-Support staff does not have any way to swapping out the heirlooms for players which is why the Advisor referred you here for feedback purposes. There are certain features in tools designed to handle specific type of requests that are sent their way, since there aren't any outstanding issues with the heirlooms sets in game themselves and this is more related to a description on a site, it's unfortunately outside of the scope of what our staff can assist with. There have been additional heirlooms added to the game and going forward we anticipate more to be added over time, thus you'll have more opportunities in the future to set your sights on the Wraith set. 

Basically they’re saying tough crap. After spending 500$ on the game you get what drops for your heirloom and that’s that. I personally think after dumping that much cash into the game we should be given the choice what one we’d like to have.... you guys should look into that for the future. When it comes to that type of cash... no one likes rng.

It's EA bud. They'll never give you the opportunity to unlock something by choice, because then it'd skew their profits. If you get the heirloom you want by choice after 500 dollars, wheres the motivation to spend another 500 dollars to unlock another heirloom? Since it's random, they'll have people spend up to 1500 dollars if they don't get the heirloom they want. Why people would even bother with heirlooms is beyond me. 

Yeah, I know what ur talking about. In time, there could be several of these heirloom sets and it could be be impossible to get the one set you actually want. It's like this with legendary items received in packs as well-You get a legendary item, get excited then it turns out to be a banner frame for Crypto. And that pisses you off. A nice change would be if you could either turn on a setting where the apex packs would prioritize rewards for certain legends, as in the one you main. If I saw my apex pack flash red, then give me an heirloom for a legend I used every month I'd be pretty mad... Like u did.

@ZNT746The way it works is that every 500 packs you're guaranteed one of the heirlooms. At first, it was just Wraith's. Now it's a random with Wraith's, Bloodhound's, and Lifeline's. Assuming you don't have two of them already unlocked. I honestly want all the heirlooms, but I'm not paying 500+ for packs.

but how about my case? ive already got blood and lifeline, like 2 week ago i bought 500 pack more so i could got wraith, but what i got is another blood heirloom and still no respon from EA or how can i fix it
