I reached level 473. I've been getting battle pass for 3 seasons. I'm doing all the tasks. I'm Ranked Platinum. I opened hundreds of boxes, no heirloom

@l_mRGogo yeah, sheer luck I guess. I did not even care, and to be honest, I didn't even know heirlooms were a thing until I found the shards myself.
Level 481 = NO HEIRLOOM
What came out when I opened the package
You get shards guaranteed by opening your 500th pack.
Im 500 since a long time now, but that doesnt matter. I definitly didnt open 500 packages.
