Is configs and mouse app that cancel recoil allow or not

When we gonna end using config, if it is allow, people should use in the tournament. If it is not allow to use then ban it, this is very to unfair to play. Please inform us is it allow to use it. Als...

When you access or use an EA Service, you agree that you will not:

"Modify any file or any other part of the EA Service that EA does not specifically authorize you to modify."

In the past, permission was specifically given in the rules for some Apex tournaments.
