is using custom crosshair cheating?

Hi there, I'm having a hard time seeing the center of my screen. Is adding a custom crosshair via an overlay cheating? I mean you don't provide customization options for it? Hope this is allowe...

I doubt it, since you can do the same thing using a whiteboard marker and some gaming monitors. It doesn't really provide that big of an advantage.

But it would be nice to get an official response from EA.
