Just remove evo shields already

The design to them are just straight up BAD. Why would i want a shield that starts out at lower health AND doesnt give you shield when you level it up? Youre at an EXTREME disadvantage at pretty much...

@Benchwarmerbrew Dude evo shield is so good what u saying it's start to be OP specially for GIBBY so evo shield is so good don't need to remove
