Kraber Hit Reg?

Where did the issue occur? In-Game
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. On the hill next to the tower destroyed by ice. (meltdown)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Scoped in on a target standing still, fired 3 shots and got third partied from behind, I scoped in and clicked on their chest another 4 shots and not 1 shot registered. Absolutely no damage done all game.

How often does the bug occur? First time experiencing... reported because it didn't feel good at all.
How severe is your issue? Extremely, why play a game when you make noise, draw fire on yourself, and never deal damage despite shooting targets standing still? (Kraber)
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. Kraber scoped in and clicked on the chest of a target standing still at 240m - 300m, no hit reg, no damage dealt, 9 shots fired, 6 were guaranteed hits, no reg.
What should be happening instead? I should have dropped the 2 targets I scoped in on and fired at. I was in a safe position and only got eliminated after I had 9 shots fired calmly.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kraber from hilltop, shoot enemy in city below. Turn around and shoot enemy on the other hilltop 200m away. neither target straffed very well. one target stood still for 3 shots.

SCREENSHOT: NO DAMAGE DONE ALL GAME. Kraber is the only weapon fired.
