L-Star EMG needs beef up

L-Star was nerfed three times in Season 24.
It may be inevitable that the damage was lowered in the first nerf. however, the nerfs since then have been excessive, making it weaker compared to other LMGs and energy weapons. It needs beef up again, such as bringing back reverse hipfire and reducing recoil.
