L-Star
Please put the L-Star back on the care packages or remove it. It's too crazy to fight with or against. You also have total ammo shown in the mag size.

I guess one reason it was rarely used when it still was a care package weapon was because people usually got in pretty late in the game when they already had fully kited weapons. Another factor could also be that people rarely got it so they felt uncomfortable using it since the lack of training with it.
Now people get them early game when people are running around without armor and a p2020, which makes it more useful. Im not personally against having it spawnning among normal loot; the problem right now is that it spawn too much. But I guess thats just normal when we deal with Respawns method of balancing stuff. Every time they make a major change in the loot spawn or weapon balance in general, they literally flood the casual servers with that weapon so they can collect data to balance it further,
No magazine makes it very strong; open up with it, switch to your 2ndary before it overheats, then switch back.
It gets you 3 magazines worth of firepower without needing to stop to reload.
Alternatively, short controlled bursts for endless suppression.
It's still obnoxious to try to track targets with, and sustained fire is too inaccurate to be of any use beyond close range, but early game it is indeed terrifying. Especially with how much energy ammo seems to be lying around now.
Worryingly It's now the perfect weapon for aimbots..... I still recall a game back during the solo event, where a single l-star aimbot melted almost everyone on the server with its ridiculous headshot TTK. Without the need to reload, it'd be even more unstoppable!
- @TheJumpingJawa you just said it yourself - shoot L-Star, switch to different weapon.....to me it makes very little difference whether i have to switch weapons because of the empty mag or weapon overheating

100% true which ever dev though it was good idea to make L-Star a ground wep should re-think his creativity skills. I will say unless you aimbot the gun is only good at start of the game for easy kills. Long term use will fade out if in ranked. The gun is crazy OP when bursting it never runs out of shots ever. Takes roughly 2 shots to down someone if land head shots. The gun need put back on care package.
