Level 500, no heirloom shards
I have been level 500 for quite some time now and have never received heirloom shards...WTF?

- @MoistHamper Your level plays zero role into heirlooms. It is purely open pack related. If you have not open at least 500 packs or less and be granted one then you have not hit that 500 pack mark yet.
- @MoistHamper You are not guaranteed shards at level 500. Supposedly you are guaranteed heirloom shards after opening 500 *Apex Packs*, however at least one person has reported that they did not receive shards after opening 501 packs and was told by 2 separate EA support reps that you are not guaranteed shards in 500 packs, so I can’t give a definitive statement as to that. Just know that it has to do with packs not level. Plenty of us are 500 with no heirloom.
@MyName1sNotJohnThat person is also completely wrong. This system has been working as intended from the day it launched. Every single person who came here saying they open 500 and got no heirloom was wrong about how many packs they actually opened.
Some don't know that a few event packs do not count towards packs opened. So they would add those in the counter not knowing they didn't count. But overall the system is working as intended. I have 3 heirlooms now.The way the system is built and operates is done by these factors. You are 100% granted an heirloom anywhere from pack 1 to pack 500. So what this means is you have a chance at an heirloom anywhere from 1 pack to 500. Once this heirloom is obtained the counter starts over.
- @MoistHamper A few weeks ago there was a post where someone from EA replied that there was a known bug with recieving a guarenteed heirloom at 500 packs but Im not sure if the season 8 fixed the issue or not
congratulations on level 500, join the club. As i too had to find out, it's opening 500 packs, not 500 levels. But i must say, i find it questionable marketing strategy to not even reward the players, who spend completed all battlepasses of all season and all events challenges, not even 1 heirloom of their favorite character. Of course now that EA is envolved i find it more something you can expect. Unless you pay, you won't get anything.
- @fuzzykeuh Ehh ive got plenty of smurfs i no longer will play rotting away with heirlooms and not a single dollar been spent on them.
I hit level 500 and I opened up the 500 pack and it didn't give me Aaron starts so your logic makes no sense
@MoistHamperi played since season one and have 2000+ hrs i finished nearly every battlepass and still havent got one ... but you can just make smurfs and reroll for an heirloom or buy it for a lot of money (i opened like 390packs)
