loba buff ideas
I have some thoughts on some loba buffs that could happen and be simple - her tactical cool-down will be reduced to 25 secs and have to charges when one charge is used it will take 15 secs to throw...

Loba's Q ability is definitely underperforming, being able to move while in her Q animation and while bracelet is flying would help massively avoiding damage during this period.
This of course comes down to the fact that loba have to look where she is throwing the bracelet, so she is not able to do absolutely nothing else.
If loba had option to drop her bracelet somewhere pre-emptively and then activate it would be pretty op tho 🙂 ) ) ))
all they need to do is fix her hitbox
