LOBA NEEDS SOME LOVE! in arenas
okay so i asked this on the twitter account before arenas came out before but loba needs some love in arenas as she stands now she is very bleh in arenas. the ring is nice but her passive and ult do nothing in arenas thats useful. the reply i initially got when i posted on twitter was that her black market would be useful because she could steal care package weapons and supply items....noone does that. the time it takes to activate her black market most people are already at the supplies already. not to mention in order to use her black market you have to give up your positional advantage. between that and the fact that her black market advertises to the whole world when it is used this is not worth the credits to get. i havent seen anyone do this since the start of arenas when people were first testing waters. its simpler to just get her extra rings and toss them to the supplies to keep position.
so i propose a compromise. if an enemy dies in the affected area of her black market to increase credits earned.making placement of it key, making it worth getting if you have a strong team, and making it not useless. this would obviously be an arena only affect. but the amount of credits you have can have a huge impact on gameplay since that dictates if you can get a fully kitted weapon, or a ton of grenades, and so on.
secondly i think her passive needs to be useful in arenas as it is right now its 100% useless. we already know supplies have a pheonix kit in each, we know that most carepackage weapons are above blue with the exception of the first round or two. that said i havent come up with a halfway decent idea for her passive to be more useful in arenas tbh since maps mark supplies and materials. and theres a beam of light to indicate where care packages land. so the only thing i can think of would be like lifeline can open the extra compartment on the supply bins in arenas. she has a healing cross on her character selection screen like lifeline and its loot related so it would make sense with her character. but maybe make it also give random grenades if she opens it instead of just shield cells.
