Make the Mastiff unique to other shotguns with a little buff

Every ammo type has that one weapon that is a little different from others, [aside from light but I'm still thinking of something for that] snipers have the charge rifle, energy has the l-star, heavy...

@ShiverrN you dont need to bring it on par with other shotguns by buffing it... the other shotguns need to get nerfed, they are broken especially eva

    @RevMainPls  That is far, but I mainly want this change for the mastiff to make it a unique shotgun over the rest.

      @ShiverrNThere are allot of cry babies in the community that think the pk and mastiff shouldn't hit for 100 damage on a point blank shot, that's why they nerfed both shot guns and the Eva became popular
