I usually use it to run away and get out of sticky situations, the speed boost and lower visibility helps with that a lot, but i get what you mean, there isnt really much indication as to when you are in and out of cloak, and it takes a year to be able to do anything once you're out of it.
agreed.. the visual feedback for being cloaked and then uncloaked needs to be improved...
wraith's phase is clear.
mirage ult stealth is really unclear.
