His ult isn't just bad, it can actively hinder you if used indoors. Why does this thing have a physical presence? Blocked my door with my ult, and got trapped with a peacekeeper. Needless to say that failed miserably... and it was the last squad too. v_v
His tactical kind of helps makes up for it though. Its charge speed especially.
I find his abilities a little underwhelming as well but still like using him so much but wish there was a way to end his ult faster so you can kill someone up close and personal instead of waiting around until he becomes visible.
