Mirage nerf

I think it is too difficult to spot a mirage ulting in my face along with the footsteps the many decoys make. Bloodhound should be able to scan and spot the real one like before. Why should decoys take more than a bullet til it disappear? Most of the time, how i spot mirages when ulting at me is when he shoots at me first or is healing. The split second window to see him ult in the beginning is too fast

@papawolf4 Just help each other out instead of typing such an unnecessary and an unhelpful comment in this community
  • @k-5ou Mirage’s decoys have Shields because before you could just spam a spray everywhere to instantly destroy them until you hit the real one

Its honestly not hard to spot the real one if you play the game enough, it also would help if you played Mirage some yourself to learn how his ultimate works from my experience the mirage is usually in the same spot but sometimes I do get bamboozled myself

When I play mirage I usually do a 360 spin around them to try and confuse them on my real location, if a mirage is feeling bold they could even stand still and then do a dance emote but overall it isn’t too powerful and likely won’t be nerfed because Mirage was considered bottom tier for many seasons but he was just underrated like Fuse
  • @k-5ou I agree the footsteps need to go because it seriously isn't fair how he can just earrape you and get a kill because you couldn't hear anything.
  • @k-5ou I play Mirage pretty often, and honestly I disagree that a bloodhound scan should light up the "real" one. It makes it a complete waste of an Ult if there's a bloodhound behind you then, cause what's the point if he can just go "HEY EVERYONE, THAT GUY THERE!"

They take more bullets to disappear as people would just spray and pray to clear them out. I do agree, however, that having sound is a bit weird, but removing it entirely makes it pretty much a null point to send solo Mirage clones out to go draw fire, nobody can hear it and therefore don't care. Spotting a Mirage IS his whole ability kit; you're not really supposed to be able to. If he was so easily spot, there would be no point in playing him.

Furthermore, if you are within a 5m radius of him, you can see the discs on his body light up and give him away.

Another tip, the clones cannot climb. (Or do anything else for that matter.) So use the fact one of them is likely climbing or moving around stuff too easily.
