Misleading BattlePass information, compensation required
Hi there.
Was fascinated to discover you're ending the season today! Because I was under the impression - per your weekly challenges list - that there would be three weeks left to complete my Battle Pass.
For the last three weeks, I watched the timer on the Week 15 challenges work down to 0d0h0m,. and then back to 6d23h59m. I looked for an official announcement on why this crucial component of your reward scheme wasn't being updated, and couldn't find any. "Huh", I thought. "Guess they're stalling because they're having difficulty getting the new season ready".
What I didn't do was look at the "Info" section on the BattlePass screen, because I assumed the information provided on the Challenges screen was relevant and correct, and that you would actually fulfil the final three weekly challenges, with the 9 automatic BP levels and 72k of XP they promised. Had you done so, I would have comfortably reached 110 on the Battle Pass.
I am reliably informed that there was a countdown of remaining days on the Info section? I have no way of checking this retrospectively, but also, I'm not sure it's that relevant, given that - at the time of writing - the info page on your BattlePass screen displays incorrect information: the header text on the Info Page currently refers to the Season 2 Battle Pass. Which begs the question; If you can't be bothered to look at the BattlePass info page, why should you expect anyone else to?
This is sharp practice. I expect to be compensated with the full rewards for completion of the BattlePass, including all Apex Coins.
