Muting problem

Well I understand his frustration.

Before I turned my incoming voice volume to 0, I was unable to play because babies don't shut up after they get downed.

The mute functionality is one that is required by any player who uses game sounds to his advantage to play.  Those of us with higher end headphones suffer the most from useless teammates that you can't mute.
