My account was hacked and now im banned for cheating,new account getting chased?
My account was banned for cheating when someone just breached it and use cheats, i got banned for this, i post it on help.ea.com but nobody really help me yet, now i decided to create a new account, and when i was checking my account security, my region just change to another regions when i just refresh the page, i dont know if that is a bug but FOR ME its someone trying to breach my account again.. this account is new, its like lvl 6 on apex, i really dont want to play again and get banned for something i dont do, i have a video proof of this weird thing happening on my security settings, im not using a vpn or something, you can check it on the video, im literally not doing anything more than checking my security settings on a new account..
what if i play again with this account and wast my time getting banned AGAIN for something i dont do?, i dont know what is happening but i need some help with my account or now i mean MY ACCOUNTS.. i dont know if some hacker are chasing me i want to think thats just drama and not real, but for real, help me, i just want to play the game, im not a proplayer or streamer, and im sure if i was that i post my "gameplay videos" to proof im not cheating, unfortunately i dont have the correct setup to keep recording everthing of this game on my pc, i have a 1050ti and a ryzen 5 2600 (this should be some identification for the players and the hacker problem can be solved, but i think its not).
i see here so many reports with the same problem, so i dont know what you guys gonna do, i just dont want to wast my time, but i want to play the game with my friends..
