NERF caustic Traps
If caustic gets downed, his traps should deactivate. I shouldn't have to fight his traps after he is downed.

@solo_ARK4N Meaning you have 0 grounds to relate to what a console player faces and cannot speak on their behalf and btw as a reply the gas got nerfed to the ground. It's not even good for ressing in its cover if enemies are near. That's how bad it is right now. You could have it spewing away in Lv 1~2 ring mid fights and people could still live. I know since I've done that and had to manually eliminate them.
@AngstyCoder so you want caustic gas to kill enemies not your guns ....
- @solo_ARK4N Well considering you are picking the worst character in a 1v1 fight to pick due to the 2nd largest size without any kind of way to mitigate/negate damage (looks at gibby) and his entire kit is based on his gas... maybe it should kill if you are stupid enough to stay in it. Most caustics would rather it just be a massive CC slow or blind like it used to be when he was still considered the 'worst' legend in the game.

I've seen you around in the forum and you just refuse to see anything except your own point, what the guy is clearly saying is caustic needs a reason for people to not want to enter his gas and at the moment there is very little reason not to, before the latest nerf the reason was the steadily increasing damage, initial caustic had a serious blinding effect to everyone including his own team.
EA/Respawn themselves indicated that they needed to add damage to his gas when they removed the blinding effect to give people a reason no want to enter the poison, they have since then removed the damage to disincentivize pushing into his gas without supplying him with any other effects, the current iteration of his gas does the least damage and has the lowest cc capability of any iteration of it. Not to mention his nox vision passive is hit or miss in its activation.
The point of "caustic has to shoot people now, durrr" is that yes if you stood in gas you had to feel some sort of pressure either through cc or damage. I recognise that the narrative is controlled by aggressive characters like Wraith, Octane, Horizon. If you are being logical rather than emotional you would see that all these characters dominate open space which is the majority of the map, so in the key points where Caustic/Wattson on paper should be stronger, you need to recognise that rather than run in gung ho and rage when you can't brute strength them indoors.
