Nerf the Kraber!

I'm unsure about the Kraber balance. It's the only sniper which is properly worth using. Sentinel can be conditionally good when you pair it's amplified shot with an amped cover of Rampart. But in any other case a precision shot doesn't pay off. With the Kraber, I at least feel like I'm being rewarded when doing a headshot. A feeling I rarely get with any other sniper in the game.

On the other hand, being instantly downed after getting fully equipped feels like a kick in the guts.

My suggestion: A headshot deals fixed 200 damage. A fully healed up red evo-shield person regardless of profile would survive the shot but is severely crippled. Any other case is an insta-kill.
