Nerf the R99 range
LOL Submachine gun with long distance range. This should not be outperforming a R-301 or Flatline in mid-long range encounters.
do any of your developers know anything about guns? im beginning to think they dont.

- @Ghosted_Waffle Volt is much better at range than the R-99, R-99 is decent if you burst fire though
