NERF THE R99
Literally everyone uses that gun and it's suuuuuch a noob gun. It's so OP that I literally can't even pick up a different close range weapon anymore cuz whoever I fight will kill me first with the r9...

You don't see this over used on console as it can be quite difficult to control the recoil. There is no need to nerf this gun as you need to put a lot of rounds on target to be effective. Like others have said, your seeing aim-botters if your on PC. On XBox I see just as many R-301s, Spitfires, and Devotions.
This is one of my go-to guns, but it is not at all an "easy mode" gun. The Spitfire and Flatline are much easier to control on XBOX.
@251f7fe71fbb9e08 it needs a huge Nerf one clip body shots insta knocks purple shield not to mention heavy bullets are supposed to be notorious for messing with the enemies aiming but the r99 unlike any other weapon that utilizes light bullets hurts so bad and hits so fast you can't even combat it it's who ever fires first and found the purple mag
- @R4pt3rClaw454 Most of your friends yes but for 80% of the community recoil control isn't an issue and not to mention stabalizers and stocks are very common
- @R4pt3rClaw454 I very very rarely get out shot by someone with a R99.... JS not many people are good with it or prefer it over other guns... which tells me it can’t be that easy to use lol. If you keep them at distance or make them miss a bit it’s easy to combat.
why does this thread exist? r99 was a high risk high reward weapon that was balanced before the nerf. If you’re still complaining you need to find a new game.
@xSagez Well no. Unless I'm missing something the R-99 was a moderate risk high reward weapon at close range before the nerf. It could also drop targets at range effectively on PC. The only downsides were that it burned through ammo and needed an extended mag to be used freely.
It was easy to use, consistent and better than most other weapons outside of a few situations. I'm not in favor of a nerf but lets not lie and say it was balanced when most of the other weapons were ignored in favor of it.
Well until disruptor rounds gave players a few more options but I don't think you want them back.
