New character idea

@SurferLaRosaThis reminds me of like when some games will temporarily invert your controls so you have to do left to go right, right to go left, up for down, down for up, etc but I feel like that would be broken especially on a game like Apex Legends it would need to be a Ultimate ability if anything

Note: This ability should only affect a player’s movement... if it affects both their aiming and movement I feel like it would be very hated by the community and also very confusing
