New Charge Rifle is broken OP

It needs to be weakened but I can't see it needing more than having its damage reduced. Wouldn't touch the charge up time at all. It is exceptionally strong at long range ambushes but the closer you are to your target the weaker the weapon is.

At long range it is insanely OP.

Midrange its strong but weaker than the long bow and a bit better than the triple take

Close range its a joke.

Going from full shields to nearly none in an instant is terrifying but once I know its in play the shots are easy to dodge. If they're a distance away I can't hit them while dodging their rifle but they can't land any kill shots either. If the rate of fire were any lower I'd have an advantage against the weapon everywhere but long range due to how easy it is to make an opponent misfire.

This is just the experience on console though. Maybe with the more precise PC players it's a bigger nuisance than I've seen.
