No more Lootboxes after lvl 100? And what to use Legend Tokens for?

like in HotS you can get everything free it only takes longer... and you can speed everything up by putting money in...

and thats kinda what i want for apex! i want to be able to get all the stuff in lootboxes even if there is just a 7,4% on a normal lootbox to get something legendary... but i wanna have this chance to get it....

right now you are level 100 you dont have any chance (as I said leaving the battle pass aside) to get anything anymore!

so you are forced to pay to get something....

I know its a free game and that they have to make money somewhere i know too...

but then around 15 bucks for 1 legendary skin for 1 Legend is crazy too... if you wanna have a legendary skin for each char thats 1800x9 = 16200 apex coins which is more than 100 bucks! then there are still weapon skins, finishers, and so on and so on....

then i would rather have a full price game paying like 60 bucks and have everything! and strangely on those games the servers are always up too.......

and whats next then.... you can play only 5 rounds a day or you pay for each additional round? or every hour 1 life like in mobile games?

again if someone wants to spend real money for skins and whatever thats ok, but in apex you get forced and there is no way around that and that is the bad thing.... why not have it like every 5 levels a lootbox again past lvl 100.... why not have 1 skin buyable with coins and another buyable with legend tokens... or either with coins or tokens..... people that are too lazy to farm that much will still pay and get what they want faster!!

Okay so about premium and servers first...
well.. u can simply look at moba or mmo games right here, dunno how it looks in fortnite, battlerite or realm royale...
as an example gonna use Hirez Smite game.
Basically u can get everything for free, i know about it cause i spent like 1800 hours in this game... u can get premium currency for free by just playing game or login to game, or doing event quests. and game is still fine, free, and stuff. servers are maintained somehow, not lagging, and workers still add cosmetic items/skins to game.
Million players in Apex? im pretty sure it's not even half of it.
it's gonna be really okayish if there's 100.000-150.000 players total. 

About currency and limited free2play friendly system

Let's be honest now... if someone wants to spend money, will do this. If not - simply won't.
I bought battlepass myself, but this is only spend i did in this game without willing to spend more (except another battlepass)
so i would rather seek a future shop updates including some LegendCoins better offers, and some actual stuff purchasable with that.
Right now store ingame is more into favouring richer players with more in wallets to spend. Not everyones either salary or country, or both allows to spend excesive amount of money into games.

i really hope developers gonna make decision/update which gonna be win-win  situation.

In heroes of the storm you still have to unlock ALOT of the heroes right?

and it takes weeks for any casual player to get 1?

So you can't play the game to the fullest without throwing some money in it OR spending hours and hours grinding?

And don't compare that to apex..

You can unlock 3 legends.

In the end its a shooter and the legend does not matter that much.

And you can unlock all of them on reaching 100....

In HOTS you can't play for a HUGE part of the game without insane 1800 hours grinding or throwing money at it?

Because that game is ALL about the heroes and the skills they bring.

Its a bad comparison and i hope apex won't be like those games!

Because paying gives you somewhat of a advantage in the game.

IMO that is almost the worst way of getting money.

The only thing worse is to make special in game advantages ONLY available of you throw money at it.

The company you talk about created wow as well.

First you pay 60-70,- to get the game latest expansion.

then you pay 12,- month

And then you still have to pay to get some of the mounts / pets in the game.

In a Free2Play game you cant justifiably complain.

But they can't expect you to spend money if they don't keep the game updated (performance/playability/balance), keep the cheaters out, and work to improve a balance for the new people. Thats all anyone can expect from EA with this game, don't like it? don't play it.

So you are just grinding battlepass?

Are you having no fun doing it or something?

Im lvl 103 now and im still enjoying the game a lot without rewards.

Since cosmetics and the Battlepass is like 1% of the game?

You don't even see most of it during the shooting.

Try getting some badges.

Go get 100 wins on 7 different champs if grinding is your thing.

I get a lot of satisfaction over seeing myself getting better and better at this game.

I can't care less about my Battlepass level and the rewards they bring to be honest :P

its just a little extra.

Earning hard badges is more my thing. and you can even get those for free and then show them off.
