Are you sure you used the Stim after the thing hit you? And nothing else hit you afterward?

@Sir_Named yes, I did tests using his tactical skill, and I was slow and not running 10% faster, if for you it's working, then me and more people are having problems with it, one more reason for them to fix it, Octane is the legend that more game.
