Octane is useless

The ONLY legend to face HP penalty for tactical... Promised a BUFF got nothing... And don't tell me 60 second pads are a major upgrade... Come on guys.

Read patchnotes, they said they want to buff him, but the process of majing so didnt cut the deadline

    Yea I know this but took 2 months for Rev to get re-patched.

    I'm talking about now, today... Octane is abandoned.
