Option to choose between heirloom

Unfortunately EA changed the protocol for heirloom and didnt say anything. To obtain the wraith knifes or the other way i around you will need 1000 packs instead of giving the option to choose . This is shocking and somehow fraud by the developers.  Give people the option to choose the heirloom set or let the game die. This is unacceptable and not professional at all.
