Peacekeeper needs a DDM fix, Alternator Dps Fix, R-301 DDM Fix

I think the peacekeeper should be kept at 60 ddm to 45ddm to the body, 85 ddm is far to much especially hit at well over 120 meters to the head and chest no choke dont nerf projectile just balance th...

@necrosisbroseph Nah to all of these and what does DDM mean?

Anyway, 301 was never nerfed in the damage. It is still 14 damage to the body... The 1st patch said it was nerfed from 14 to 13 but that was never true and it is something the devs probably thought about doing but reverted it before Season 3 went live. So it never happened.
