I'll say this, I think it needs a nerf for sure, but outright removal would unbalance the weapon ratio. I got double tapped by a Peacekeeper today while equipped with purple armor at least twice. It's insane how someone can run up to you and negate everything with two shots. I also do get that I could do the same, but, honestly, I must not be that great at aiming with a shotgun because every time I use the Peacekeeper and blast at an enemy, not a single pellet hits. A relatively small nerf would do us justice, either tweaking the spread or toning down the damage would suffice. Although doing both would severely weaken the gun and put it on the back burner.
