Petition to keep Prowler for season 7

@SoundRise_GA I mean it is true that the alternator might be a good fit to be in the care package since it kinda needs to be better but the prowler is like a care package weapon but all over the place I mean with a large ammo capacity and a good amount of damage with a good fire rate is kinda too much for a regular weapon, I mean they could maybe nerf it but right now it might not be a good idea to keep it floor loot.
