PK and Wingman are still breaking the game.
Any weapon that combines high damage per shot with high handling and accuracy will always break the skill gap.
A good player who can reliably two tap someone's head with a PK will always win if they can peek from cover. Doesn't matter if you even cheated with most weapons. If the PK user only needs to show themselves for 1/4 of a second to take half of your health off then what can you do?
Their best decision for this season is removing the wingman from floor loot. High damage, incredible accuracy, and one of the easiest weapons to handle allowing people to hip fire headshots while tap strafing. And the damage efficiency of it means that unless you just stand still in the open and allow your enemy to unload a full mag into your head, you will be able to keep fighting while they have to reload, maybe even multiple times.
Weapons that can accurately deal high damage per shot even at close quarters will always have an advantage. Even if another weapon has a shorter TTK, something like a Wingman or PK is able to take off a huge chunk of health the moment the fight begins and have the advantage.
I also play a lot of Destiny. You know what their weapon meta has always been? Revolver types and shotguns. High damage per shot should not be combined with accuracy and ease of use.
