Please buff the Thermite Grenades

The Thermite grenades are by far the worst grenades in the game. The scare noone when on the ground and people just run through. IT'S THERMITE! IN THE FUTURE! You should burn to a crisp in 2 seconds. 

First 3 seconds: 65 damage burn if hit, flames are higher.

Run through: 50 damage. ALWAYS.
Stay in the fire: stacks damage.
Run into others while burning: they start burning.

Multiple grenades: damage stacks.
