Quiting season 4 - Hackers are too much (STILL!)

So i came back to this game once again...

I do really love it i'll be honest but every time i put in the time and get good it gets completely ruined by hackers.

I've lost 2 games today because of it and u have to bear in mind i'm a solo que guy i don't have a team nor do i intend to get one. I'm ok with this.

That being said Solo queing has it's own frustrations as it is without finally getting to the end of a game and get melted down in .1 of a second to some ❤️❤️❤️❤️ that has given up on his life and wants to ruin other peoples experience for no reason whatsoever.

I don't get the mentality of these ppl, they must be younger because anyone of age would not be able to get any satisfaction out of cheating their way to victory.

Now i'm going to uninstall like i did all the other seasons, i simply cannot put that much effort in to be punished by hackers ontop of all the normal frustrations ( bad team mates, ppl leaving even though u 1 v 3 the entire squad and win.

ending thoughts. If u want ppl to stay on board long term and for ppl to spend money on ur cosmetics u are going to have to do better to get these ppl out of ur game, they have always been and will always be the downfall of ur game u HAVE to get a grip on it.

  • @Pallo421 Well, I'm not sure if he was actually on console, cause I know he was using a mouse and keyboard. And yeah, you can see the application running in the background at certain times on console (btw, I think he was on PC using console servers or something like that). I've played three different games on PS4 where I've seen the application running in the background (it was always in Mandarin or some language that I don't know). Battlefield 4, BO3 and now Apex legends (albeit, it was at the start of season three). For the record, the only time I know it was cheating was because you could spectate and see some foreign application running on the side of the screen (and I'm pretty sure the BF one was an actual bot using aimbot (could just be a really ❤️❤️❤️❤️ player)). The time I saw it in BO3 it was on the final kill of the game cam, he was "no-scoping" with an application running on the side of his screen. Either way, you can find whatever hack that was on PS4 (especially in CoD and BF) and some of the time you can clearly see whatever foreign application is running in the background (I've seen tons of examples of this on PS3, btw, many more than I was able to keep count of, and most of their applications were clearly visible in the background, and I've only seen it thrice on PS4 (I've seen other people in CoD with very suspicious final kills, but the application wasn't able to be seen)). I should actually have a clip of it saved from BO3 on my PS4, but I'm not sure. I was gonna report the guy and submit the clip somewhere if I needed evidence. But sure, you can believe I'm lying if you want, that's up to you, I personally don't care. I just know what I saw, and for the record, PC players aren't the only ones with problems. But there has definitely been wallhack/aimbot on PS4 before, whether or not you choose to believe it is up to you. Also, PS4 has to worry about (at least) one more thing than PC, people playing with mouse and keyboard on console! On console, it gives them a pretty big advantage (this too is true, if you don't believe me, whatever), I had a teammate using mouse and keyboard the other day (like two weeks ago). Just one of the hardships of playing on console, though, I'm not complaining, just sharing an interesting thing that I've seen, and yeah, hacking is much more prominent on PC. If PC players really need to feel special, then they can claim "hacking is more prevalent on PC," and then they are still special, and gaming is soooo much harder for them (even to the point where you have to wonder, why do people even play PC? I mean, it's literally impossible to have fun on PC (according to the players)) and console still isn't perfect! For the record, I'd love console to be perfect, as much as I'd love for my games to have nothing but issues and literally run into something wrong with something around every corner, I'd still rather have fun playing games. Anyway, I think I went on a little bit of a spiel there.

    @leeyongjunsgmy

    See, it is EXACTLY this that I was talking about in my previous post. I watched your clip and the segment where you think you died to a hacker and there is literally nothing during that fight that signals he was using hacks.

    In the first sequence are you almost standing still when placing your totem when he flanks you straight from your left from 10 meters with a R99 and he takes you down from 100 hp to 1 hp and also 25 hp from your shield. Im telling you; to do 124 dmg with one R99 clip on an almost stationary opponent at that close range does NOT require hacks... Any Diamond-or-better player can do that easily; its even expected of them and most of them would probably have killed you right away with the same clip.

    And in this following sequence when he finishes you off with a close range Sentinel shot, he can hear and see you the entire time  when you climb up the ledge, so he has like 1 full second to aim at you. Once again; any Diamond or better player could do that with ease 9/10 times.

    Exactly THIS is an even bigger problem than the actual hackers (that am fully aware exist), i.e, when players directly assume that they got killed by a cheaters only because someone did something that is out of their skill level. Because of this; the false "truth" that every match is flooded by cheaters is spreading and soon every silver/gold player out there will blame their deaths on cheaters whenever they got killed by a highly skilled player.
