R99 is in a good place. Still meta but definitely well countered by Flatline, L-Star, PK, even the Prowler, as well as Mastiff / Devo. That's not even mentioning the ol' reliable R301, still a great all purpose gun

It's overused, and still very good, but it's no longer OP
