Rampart Buff + Nerf

My biggest complaint about playing rampart is how long it takes to place down her walls, the enemy always destroys it as soon as it is placed or by the time you place down the wall then place down sheila (the turret) the enemy has already moved so the only way to play rampart effectively in most circumstances is to skip the walls and go straight to placing down her turret or just play her like how I play wattson and lifeline and don’t even use her abilities at all until you need to defend an area or help your squad with reviving

my idea is to allow her walls to be placed down instantly at 100% size by skipping the animation but to counter this buff remove the damage buff from shooting through them, either that or make her walls indestructible while being placed during the animation but reduce their overall health
