Rampart is overpowered

So if you come up against a team hiding behind amped cover, with or without Sheila, in the final ring, the ring favors them, and you have no cover ahead of you that's within the next ring, you are practically guaranteed to lose that fight, especially if you're in ranked. There is absolutely no way to win that unless you miraculously don't get shot out of mid-air after using octanes jump pad, which you probably will. The cover should NOT block all incoming shots, that's just stupid.. How is it fair that someone can shoot you but you can't shoot them ? Just a ridiculous concept. I'm sure it'd be fine if it just reduced incoming damage until the window cracks. The cover should also have MASSIVELY reduced hitpoints. 2 arc stars, grenades, or about 200 damage with bullets should take the cover out, you should only be able to place amped covers 3 instead of 5, only one minigun instead of THREE F***ING MINIGUNS AT ONCE, and the cooldown for the amped cover should be WAY longer. It's just unfair and impossible to win against if the team behind the amped cover is even somewhat competent. And if Rampart has her ultimate, kiss any chance of winning goodbye.

    @kellanammann There are so many counters for this. Caustic, Fuse, bangalore, gibby, nades to throw behind the cover, horizon que while air strafing to shoot from above or ult, crypto emp with push. Rampart is probably one of if not the worst legend in the game right now.

    Maaaaannnn? Whats the problem, you lose one fight against a good team at the end and start to complain?

    How big is the chance that everyone of the 20 teams has a Rampart onboard. And then how big is the chance that exactly that team is one of the last two, and how big is the chance that they play well together? And how big is the chance that you always be in the other last team at the end?

    Many variables imho. If this would happen every second match, then I would say it is a big deal. 

    So please, get better, find ways to win, or just play another match. 

    Nowadays, I have the feeling many people would like to have a button at the start which asks, do you wanna win, the press YES. It will be guranteed. Or maybe the developers should make a purchase option for such people, where you can pay 100 Dollar/Euro or what ever currency you prefer, to win a match. Make a suggestion, maybe they decide about it at the next dev meeting.

    Rampart is one of the least used Legend. Sure the wall is good, but it's easy to break and get around.

    They literally showed Fuse countering her in the trailer!

    @TinyTim6991Okay so Caustic, Bangalore, and Gibby are only applicable if they have their ultimate, and if their inside or covered from above like in a cave Bangalore, Fuse and Gibby go out the window. Say you only you have a blue backpack and you're using an r-99 or volt you have to run so much ammo that you don't have room for throwables. Even if you do I just think the shield is too spammable when she gets 5 and the cooldown is so short that if her team keeps yours supressed she can spam it faster than you can destroy it. Had an easy win in plat earlier with her cause I used my cover right and had 3100 damage. I get that there are counters but they're very situational and require competent teammates and ultimates being ready. That seems to take too much away from the core gunplay which should be the underlying structure of the game. The abilities often get far too situational for my liking I'm sure many can agree.

    @PogeNoobNot if you're good with her, you have to have a slight ability to think ahead, move somewhere in the next ring and prepare, and supress people so you can spam all 5 amped covers. If you make a forward-pointing scalene triangle of them with 2 in the front and 1 in the back it's pretty hard without an ultimate to deal with that, and it's her tactical. as long as you do that it's pretty damn easy man.

    @kellanammann Rampart isn’t overpowered, but I do understand what you mean... I had a game earlier not against a rampart but in general the final rings on olympus there are multiple rings where one team has cover while the other 3 basically have an open field with a tiny rock to hide behind so your basically guarenteed to lose unless you get lucky and kill the 1-2 teams in the field with you and push the final team and win

    @kellanammann Says no one ever..... Rampart is not OP. She is kinda crap legend that only a very small percentage of users even play her. This indicates she is not remotely over powering in the slightest.

    You need to work on your skill levels if you think she is strong and cant be countered.
