Rampart paintball rounds
Does anyone remember graffiti rounds at the end of season 5? It was an extended LMG mag that gave its bullets paintball effects. It was literally in the game for only a week, then disappeared without a trace. That's basically what Rampart needs added to her passive. I never liked how she kind of goes without a Passive when she doesn't have access to an LMG, but making all her bullets have paintball effects would change that.
It's not like it would be overpowered or anything. It just gives her rounds color when shot at walls. It makes sense for her too since you can always see paintball splatters in her shop and she likes everything custom made.
