Rank Issue

I keep being put onto teams in which the other two teammates either don't know how to play. (If they do, they sure don't act like it) or they run off / don't treat rank like a game. Most of the time I get players below level 100. Mostly between level 20 and 30. The issue is that unskilled players are being matchmaked in silver/gold and up and it's getting annoying. Not only that but it's hard to play a *team* game when one or two teammates would rather play solo. I played a match in which one of us gotten down. I downed 2/3 of the enemy team and would of won, but our 3rd decided to run off into the sunset, saying (and I quote) "Just leave them". This is r-a-n-k-e-d... you don't *leave* anyone like that unless there's z e r o chances of them being respawned. (Like no more beacons or they timed out). People who simply give up like that shouldn't be allowed to play rank. Wish there was a way to filter like skilled players together and those who are WILLING to play as a team.
