Ranked? Why am I going up against Diamonds and Predators in Platinum 4?

otherway around it is annoying aswell.
I am Diamond but i get teamed up with gold and platinum, too play against other Diamonds. Its a pain.
SBMM is completely f** up or the player base has gone so low ranked games with same rank is going to take ages too start.
