Re: Chat Not Working

Thanks for the suggestion. We never set it up as a kid account and he's had no problems with the chat feature since we bought the ps4 months ago but looking online it seems like this is an issue from time to time affecting people at random so we did all the suggested "fixes" and the only one that finally worked was uninstalling and reinstalling the games.
