I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts.

It sounds like you've already reached out to them at least once. You can appeal a ban up to 3 times though if you'd like to have it checked again in case something was missed the first two times. Another ToS agent will look into it for you and be in touch via email with the outcome of the investigation i.e. rules were broken and the ban will remain in place, vice versa. On that note, I can confirm that the appeals sent in to the Terms of Service team are 100% reviewed and responded to by real people, even if the response can seem somewhat stiff and repetitive at times. 🙂 

It may help to know more about EA Bans and Suspensions, how they work and the appeal process. I'll pop some guides below for more information just in case:

  • My account freeze has been lifted, but my APEX ban has not been lifted. The TOS team handling this incident seems to have forgotten this matter

    Me, too. My account was stolen and cheaters cheated, which led to my being banned while playing. ea consultant has confirmed that my account was stolen and asked me to change my password to tell me that I can play online games, but in fact my Apex account is banned!
