Like Gilbrator (faster rdy = faster shield passive, faster movement = better bubble dancing)
fast mobility heroes like Banglador, bloodhound and wraith when swapping to finish off enemies.
Caustic in gas fights.

The whole point is to make it be good for different reasons not just DPS.
