@OldTreeCreeper It's an exploit. Not a hack, and exploit. They're exploiting his ill-maneuverability of the shield to bypass the shield entirely. Ignoring it. It's there for a reason, they need to destroy it or use teamwork to outflank it. Not solo it without either of the above. Had they destroyed the shield this would be another story.
They shouldn't be able to stand on his head like that, it should shove them off swiftly so they don't have the chance to exploit it like that.
AND They should add a head cover so people who do exploit that still have to bust the shield, thus disabling the exploit.

Exploit is in-game issue that causes some people insane advantages over others, like using Rampart's minigun on a Trident to turn invisible (don't know if enemies non-see that though, but my brother couldn't see me. We didn't want to be banned for exploit so I replaced my turret and in using it un-invisibled myself. Story for another time.)

Exploits are not hacks.
Though they are in the same report section as reporting against hackers.
NewCastle needs protection against people standing on his head, otherwise it's an exploit that ruins the game for him.

@Zulkiers Personally, I don't really see that as an exploit. I mean, his tactical isn't supposed to be a guaranteed rez for you, even if you back into a corner like that. There has to be a weak spot for everything. It would be pretty broken if you could just put your back to a corner, and get a 100% guaranteed rez, Lol!

That's supposed to hit my shield.
If I were a downed person I could have reangled it to block that.
They shouldn't be able to stand on me like that.
They shouldn't be able to clip through my shield like that.
They shouldn't be able to ignore my shield like that.
It takes a good 15-30 seconds for my shield to regenerate after a brief delay after I finish reviving someone. It's not that hard to destroy a 500 point shield.
But completely ignoring it? Come on play the game right! Quit with these exploits.
Fix it! Make it so they MUST either Brake the shield, or tag team it. A solo shouldn't be able to ignore the shield like that.

It's not the fact they killed me.
It's the fact they hardly damaged my shield at all. SOLO.
And they had NO one tag teaming with them.
Solos should basically be forced to bust that shield.
It's NOT and instant recharge when the revive finished.
It takes a bit.
So If I had managed the revive, they could have taken my lifeline out for a 4th time, and damaged my shield further, until I had nothing left, or shot me then finished my lifeline.
If they don't like my shield, they focus fire on me so I don't have a chance to use it.
But they shouldn't be able to ignore it like that.
Same goes for knockdown.
A solo person should be forced to either bust the shield, or use a finisher.
They shouldn't be able to ignore knockdown shields.
My brother actually captured a clip of that.
A wraith stared him in his eyes, kissed his shield, and gave a burst from Red L-Star. Half hit shield but the other half clipped through and deathboxed him. Dead Center of his shield. Tell me that's not a hack or exploit.
People've done that to me too, both revive shield and knockdown shield.
They kiss it, and waste those on the other side of it.

Also, I've had many times where my ally dies mid-revive, Between my shield and myself! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!!!!
Hacks and Exploits are the only reason. Ok, one other reason, someone beside you. But when your back's in a corner, they can't shoot you from the side, so again hacks and exploits there. It pisses me off every time.

BUST MY SHIELD!!!!! Bust it! Then it's a fair kill.
