Making demands and calling the company names if they do not fulfill your demands will get you nowhere real quick.
Maybe try explaining why Horizon is OP in your opinion and suggest ways on how to remedy/fix her.
Constructive feedback is a great thing.
IMHO Horizon is tough and a great pick to play however she is not all that OP and can be dealt with easily enough.

It's easy to see that this legend is OP enough just by looking at the current Horizon pick rates (especially in ranked matches).
In apex, the basic premise is to take a higher ground than the enemy in order to gain a higher rank or gain an advantage, but with the Horizon, the whole team can easily take a higher ground with tactical ability that has a very short cool time and a very low sound level, making it difficult to be noticed by the enemy and allowing a fast ascent speed.
Whereas in other Legends, this "take the high ground with the whole team" action requires a long coold time or a risky move ULT (Ash, Pathfinder, Valkyrie, Octane, etc.), in Horizon it is as simple as pressing an ability. And while levitating, you can attack, heal, and even move left or right to avoid enemy attacks.
Furthermore, while other legendary players move extremely slowly while recovering, making it almost impossible to avoid enemy attacks, Horizon can recover while moving at high speed in the air once the Tactical Ability is deployed, and while deployed, the Tactical Ability can be used many times, making it possible to use the shield alone to avoid enemy attacks. If you ride your Tactical Abilities multiple times while they are deployed, you can also recover your strength with a medical kit while evacuating in the air at high speed.
This alone is OP enough in this game.
In addition to this, her footsteps are the most inaudible of all the Legends, and in a game where audio bugs frequently make enemy footsteps almost inaudible, it is quite difficult to hear the footsteps of Horizon in a blind spot, and she also has the smallest hitbox of all the Legends, and her extremely thin body makes her the most vulnerable to being hit by bullets. In this game, it is quite difficult to hear Horizon's footsteps from a blind spot.
Furthermore, Horizon's passive skill allows her to act immediately after landing, while other Legends have an obvious gap to start moving again after coming down from a height, and her passive skill prevents her viewpoint from shaking when she lands. In addition, only Horizon can act first even if the enemy is at the same drop-off point as the first dropship.
When it comes to ULT, it can be easily deployed to block the enemy's action, or to drag out an enemy who is recovering behind a door or a shield, allowing for an almost one-sided attack.
With all these advantageous elements packed in, you still say you are not OP?
I think it's clearly OP.
And it's not the first time this has been said about Horizon, it's been said for over a year now.
It's been said a lot, and yet it's been left in this state for over 10 seasons (and users have criticized and demanded improvements to this state many times), so I think it's only natural that words would be stronger.
You say you don't get immediate results, but I'm saying this because I've been saying it for over a year and Respawn still hasn't done anything about it.- 2 years ago
@MayProtein Your points about the tactical are valid but everything else is fine. They've nerfed her tactical at least once but I personally want them to * the accuracy of the player in the air so they're at a clear disadvantage when being shot at from below. I don't use Horizon much so I can't say if that's fair or not.
Pass is fine.
Ult may need nerfing.
Tactical definitely needs a nerf.
Skinny body type is an advantage but I don't know if it needs a nerf.

There is absolutely nothing about Horizon that is not problematic.
Frankly, it would have to be completely different in tactical abilities to balance it at all, and it takes away all the strengths of the other movement legends in combat.
Even the hitboxes clearly need to be weakened, or rather, the visuals themselves need to be completely different, as the visuals of the characters are too elongated and visually very difficult to catch while shooting, and the character concept itself is a mismatch for this game in the first place.
In other words, there is no other way now but to remove the current Horizon itself and replace it with a different character.
