Remove lifeline auto revive

@TinyTim6991 The community complained about Gibradar stealing her kit and making Lifeline worthless so they changed it. Everyone that complained about it should be happy now right?

I'd be happy with her passive if they put it on a cool down since her ability to spam it is what makes her so infuriating. I think her passive is the only good thing about her kit though so it makes things difficult.

@ The first res should give a shield, but the 2nd,3rd,4th, etc on the same player should not have a shield because I agree its op after doing it multiple times

Side Note: it also needs disabled in the ring, incredibly frustrating when you only have fists to use

I would say if she uses her drone to Rez then it should have an extra cool down time. Rezing a tm8 when you don’t need to be their and has a shield to protect them is a reasonable trade. plus if the lifeline does win the fight then lifelines drone is ready for healing and then her team is good to go. Just an idea 

Personally I like her passive maybe more cooldown but that's it.

Solution

Lifeline tactical 3 charges and heals faster, overheal can charge shields. ( speed of wattson ult )

Ressing with the drone takes away a charge.

Charge time for drone is 20 sec.

Only flaw for her is that she can only use the shield if a teammate is down, which kinda sucks and only makes her good for reaction and not preparation. Her drone is reactive too, maybe there's something she can have preemptively to better deal with a tough situation

I disagree. For me  it has not been all that hard and can be pretty easily countered depending on the location and strategy you use. It fits her character.
